Smart Form AutoFill is an Android app for storing profile information, managing documents, and filling forms. Profile and document data are stored on your device. The app does not provide cloud profile synchronization or a remote profile account.
Depending on the features you use, the app may store profile details you enter or approve, such as your name, contact and address details, identity numbers, education, employment, and other custom fields. It also stores document references and information extracted from documents, app preferences, and local account data. The app's login PIN is stored as a hash. If you use Password Manager, saved credentials are encrypted on your device using Android Keystore.
Document OCR, document extraction, and AI-assisted form-field matching run on your device using locally installed models. These features do not send your documents, OCR text, profile details, or current form content to Gemini or another external large language model. Downloading a model transfers the model file to your device; it does not upload your profile or documents.
While Android Accessibility access is enabled, the service may inspect visible content in the active app to detect editable form fields and decide when to show the floating AutoFill control. When you start AutoFill, it reads available field labels, text, hints, and nearby form context to match eligible fields with your local profile. Android Autofill access also lets the app receive form fields through the system Autofill framework. This processing stays on your device. The app does not submit forms for you.

These requests are used to provide the feature you selected. The app does not sell your personal information. Do not send information to an online feature unless you are comfortable sharing it for that feature.
Your profile and app data remain on your device until you delete or reset them, or uninstall the app. From Settings, use Clear Profile & Wallet Data to erase the current profile; deleting the registered profile also removes its local login, saved Password Manager entries, feedback history, and share history. Files kept in another app or storage provider are not deleted when you remove their reference from Smart Form AutoFill. Active share data is held temporarily by the sharing service and is removed when revoked or when the duration you selected expires. If revocation cannot reach the server or the app is uninstalled first, the session remains available until that expiration.
Feedback already submitted, including attachments, is stored by the feedback service until the developer deletes it manually; there is currently no automatic deletion schedule. If feedback email notifications are enabled, a copy may also remain in the developer's email service. To request deletion of submitted feedback, use the account and data deletion page or contact the developer using the details below. Job and Tools requests are sent to their configured services to provide the requested feature; those service operators may retain request data under their own policies.
Online requests use HTTPS. Password Manager credentials are encrypted on the device. No storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure, so use the app's privacy and sharing controls carefully.
