Smart Form AutoFill stores your profile, document metadata, and form field preferences on your device. The app helps you fill forms using locally stored data. AI document analysis is optional and runs only when you upload a document.
Name, contact details, government ID numbers, education and employment records, banking fields you enter, document file references, field lock/privacy settings, and your app login PIN hash. Sensitive values such as ATM PIN, UPI PIN, CVV, OTP, and passwords are never stored.
When you choose to analyze a document with AI, the uploaded image or PDF is sent over HTTPS to our backend server solely to extract form field values. Extracted values are returned to your device and saved locally. We do not operate a user account sync service; profile data is not uploaded for storage on our servers.
If you enable the accessibility service, the app reads on-screen form field labels to suggest autofill matches from your local profile. You must manually enable this permission in Android settings. Autofill runs only when you consent and trigger it.
Document AI requests are processed through our backend, which may call Google Gemini. Google's terms apply to that processing. We do not sell your personal data.
You can lock fields, set privacy to Private or Never Autofill, delete documents, clear profile data from Settings, and uninstall the app to remove all local data.
